Love the overall design of the fridge but I either got a lemon for a refrigerator or it is just a piece of junk. Ive already had 6 service calls. Thank goodness it was still under warranty. Broken filter housing broken water line broken ice maker freezer door not shutting freezer frosting up.Should I go on? Be sure to buy an extended warranty because all of these service calls were in the first year.

from 1st day the temperature in freezer when set at 0 would go as low as -7 temperature in refrig. when set at 35 never went below 39.7 hovered around 39-40 degrees. All I expected was to have a service person come out within 3 days to fix or replace. I placed at least 6 calls to LG each time the person on phone gave me different reasons why no one was available. After 2 weeks finally I had a call back stating that there were no service techs in my area...at all...and they would replace it or give me a full refund. Since there is no one in my area for repairs why would I ever buy or own another LG product. I replaced it with another brand same size and style for $1000 less

Had this refrigerator installed about a month ago. Have another LG refrigerator but this one is big. Lots of space. Water dispenser is great fast flow and takes up no space inside refrigerator. Love the no finger print design. Great refrigerator.

I bought this model about a year ago because I was moving into a new house and need a refrigerator and this model was in stock. It meets my needs. The only issue was the compressor fan went out with two weeks on the warranty. The replacement and service call was all covered under the warranty.

We love this refrigerator. After having two consecutive refrigerators with ice and water through the door we knew we wanted one that only dispensed water. Ice through the door can come out so fast it ends up all over the floor or too slowly. This model has a large ice tray on the top drawer of the freezer that is perfect. We bought a scoop and never have to worry about too much or too little ice coming out of a dispenser. The only thing I would change at all is absence of a small items butter etc. keeper. But this fridge is a winner
