How do I avoid paying interest on my Schaefer's credit card?

You must pay off the full promotional financing balance by the end of the promotional period to avoid paying interest on that balance. You may have to pay more than your minimum due on your monthly credit card statement to do so.

If you have only one promotional balance, an easy way to do this is to divide the promotional balance by the promotional period and pay each month.

REMINDER: You must pay at least the minimum payment amount each month.

What should I do if my Schaefer's credit card is lost or stolen?

To report a lost, stolen, or card that was never received, log into your Synchrony account, select the Report a Lost or Stolen Card option under the Resources Menu. You can also call Synchrony's automated phone system to report your card lost or stolen. Available 24 hours a day. Call 877-295-2080. For your protection, Synchrony will close your account and issue you a new account number. Please report any unusual account activity to Synchrony customer service.

What should I do if I have a dispute?

To begin a dispute, you may call the number on the back of your card or fill out a dispute form. The dispute form can be acquired by contacting Synchrony customer service.
