Had this oven for several months now after a terrible experience with Samsung. Enough bells and whistles and works very well. Now we have a whole suite of Kitchenaid major appliances

Bought and installed and everything works but the oven. Straight out of the factory package and the oven or broiler does not heat. Microwave works good. Waiting on the repair service to find out what is wrong. Kitchenaid has set up warranty service.
