After owning a air conditioner from Frigidaire for over 4 years in another room, decided to purchase the same for second floor. It has had problems since day one. Cannot get anyone to call me back - tried all three service centers and the main number does not take calls. Wish I purchased another product.

I am happy with my new AC. It is getting me through a hot, uncomfortable time this .summer. Having a relatively quiet unit is very important to me and this one is. There is one adjustment that needs to be made as occasionally a slight clanking sound comes from the unit for a short time and then goes away. I am having someone come to adjust this.
