Schaefer’s Return/Exchange Policy

Schaefer’s is committed to your complete satisfaction before, during and after every purchase.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Schaefer’s, we will exchange it or give you a refund for the full purchase price paid, whichever you prefer, within 7 days from the original purchase date. A restocking fee may be applicable if merchandise is not returned as new. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original box and include all packing material, manuals, and any included accessories. All serial numbers must match original order.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective. On TV, and large item purchases, we highly recommend inspecting the item before you sign for it from the delivery service. To get a return authorization please call Kenny at 402-464-8888. We recommend that you use insured UPS Ground Service to ship your product(s) back to us. If you have an overweight/oversized item that was shipped to you via a Freight/LTL carrier, Schaefer’s can arrange for the carrier to pick the product up directly from your home. The return shipping price will be sent to you, and it must be paid before it is picked up by the freight carrier.


Schaefer’s 7 day return policy applies to items purchased and shipped from
