I bought my refrigerator 3 months ago. The water dispenser only dispenses 12oz. Of semi-cold water and then if you try to fill up pitchers is eventually turns HOT I tried to get service and I was told it possibly was the compressor. I contacted LG and ask for the refrigerator to be replaced. I have yet in 3 attempts gotten any help or a replacement. They do not care

The icemaker and water dispenser have stopped working after 6 months. Yes filters have been replaced. Submitted a service request - and got a no show and no response.

I have been looking at this frig for a long time I really wanted a door in door but the only way to get that was with the craft ice feature and an extra $400 which I do not need. I chose LG because the ice maker is in the door of the freezer freeing up space in the freezer.

Weve had this fridge about 3 weeks now and I love it so far. Its MASSIVE inside. It holds so much food especially the refrigerator part. I cant speak to its longevity but I did purchase Home Depots 5 year plan so not too worried for another 5 years. We purchased the black fridge. It doesnt show too many fingerprints which I really like.
