We originally bought an LG refrigerator because it was recommended to us. Then the compressor went on it when it was only a few years old. It caused my whole kitchen and hardwood floors to have to be replaced. That remodel was finally finished in October. In November we bought a new refrigerator and decided to go with LG. In April we came home to water all over our floor. My kitchen island woodwork was all warped and needed to be replaced. The water maker decided to dispense water on its own because it felt like it. The LG repair guy has been out 4 times and it still is not fixed. My husband has tried to contact LG but no one gets back to him. I am so disgusted with them I will never buy an LG product again. I might add that all 8 TVs in my house are LG. This refrigerator needs to be replaced. LG does not stand by their products. The video is too big to post but we have a video Also my husband had spoken to the President of LGs office and now conveniently they will not call back.

There are many useful features in my refrigerator. With exception of compressor that broke within two years I have no complaints. But the LG customer support helped me with the issue they sent technician free of charge and he replaced the broken part. Taking away one star for compressor issue only.

I purchased this refrigerator over 6 months ago and we love it. The layout is great with easily adjustable shelves and an icemaker in the left door so it doesnt waste space. It maintains an even temperature throughout and the crispers work really well.

Bought it because it will hold tall water bottles in the door at the water/ice dispenser. Wish it had 2 ice makers but the room inside is incredible.
