I bought our new fridge last month and it has been a true experience getting use to it. I love having the fridge on top and it has been a little trying getting use to a freezer drawer. I wish the shelves would reach all the way to the rear. The temperature is great and for the first time in a long time my milk stays ice cold and has no after taste.

I’ve owned these Jenn-Air appliances for about 6 months now. I was always told that’s they were a superior brand and great quality. Not too sure about that. I Love the looks and the setup of the fridge but the quality is not what I expected. My main problem is that it noisy when running. It’s has what sounds like a motor running most of the time and When the ice maker fills, its noisier than my old Kenmore it replaced.

Ice maker in door failed twice in first refrigerator we had- exchanged that one for fridge with interior ice bin. Damper motor on second one failed and had to be replaced. You need to check your warranty claims, not rely on surveys.
