I bought this a month ago, and can't rate it because it's never been used. The glass on the bottom oven door shattered. A tech was out 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard back yet!

I’ve had this double convection oven for a month and it is EXCELLENT. I can bake cookies on all three racks and they bake EVENLY every time!! I should have bought this years ago. Best ovens ever!!!
