bought this tv around black friday as a replacement for the master vedroom. the picture quality is good, but the sound is definitely too low. probably a good market strategy for samsung aince they included somw suggested some samsung sounds bar systems that work well with it. overall i’m happy (ish) with it for the price, but if i knew about the low sound beforehand i would have opted for the visio like i have in my living room.

right now this tv is on sale for $4599! that's an amazing price for this size and quality. the picture is great and the smart tv function is endless. i think it is the best value 65" tv on the market.

clarity was nice but it only 3 days the bulb managed to go out. called samsung and it has taken two weeks for someone to call and attempt to schedule the service appt. i wish i would have just purchased another vizio :-(

we are very pleased with our samsung products. our main complant is the remote control. unlike the remote for our q60 series, this remote is bad beyond words. the location of the buttons used most are are too low on the remote to find or use with one hand. again, let me stress that the q60 series remote is perfect. the 7 series remote looks and feels like a remote from 1985. i'd like to throw it back to 1985. hopefully the ordered universal remote contol will work. the only other issue with the tu7000 is trying to find the perfect display settings to get the contrast just right. out of the box, the blacks seem to be crushed a little too much. however not that big of a deal. the colors are fantasic. sound is good. and as of december 2021 the price is excellent.

it was easy to set up snd the unit was very light versus my old plasma u it which was almost 90 pounds. i was able to use my existing wall mount which helped saved me any additional spending. it was a breeze to set up the wireless system and add my other accounts to the tv. great product so far, thank you.
