Disappointed with two features: 1) Bottom rack does not pull out all the way without coming off the glide track. Must fill up the rack first then lift up the heavy rack back on to its track to slide back in. difficult to lift the full rack from the side. 2) disappointed with operations buttons on top of door. Anticipated better access to the buttons but must open the door to see the operation buttons as the top of the machine is hidden under the kitchen counter overhang; difficult to see time left in cycles. 3) Drawer racks and additional pieces do not stay in place and must be readjusted each time.

We chose Frigidaire because it had the features we wanted, was a good price and the name brand meant we knew it would be a good brand.
