We purchased our first LG appliances..stove and refrigerator in late February. The oven wouldnt heat past 300 degrees. Service was out 4 times and it was finally fixed on May 4th. The day after that the craft ice maker froze up and it no longer works. My service date for that is June 3rd. Hoping that gets fixed with 1 service call. I will be needing a new washer and dryer next but will not even consider LG or Big Sandy Superstore

If it were just for the stove and oven features this is a great stove. My controller board failed just after the warrantee ended about 4 months after. I worked with LG support and they were VERY helpful ... but cant help me. Too bad. I like LG. I own LG TVs an LG DIshwasher and an LG washer AND dryer. Oh well ...

Great double oven range

We purchased this range about one month ago and are very pleased. We enjoy the double oven feature where each oven has completely independent controls. The various options for convection baking and for broiling are very useful. Performance has been great so far. We recommend one design change. The warning lights for Burner On and for Hot Surface are located on either side of the front panel. One or the other light is obscured by knobs if one stands slightly to the side. These safety lights should both be in the middle of the panel where they can be seen easily from any viewing angle.
