Not what I expected

The oven is solid nothing in it has broken. I had LG appliances at my old home and when we bought our next home I was excited to buy all new lg appliances. The thing I dont like about this oven is that it takes a LONG time to get to temperature.

My oven not repaired

The 1st service man was very efficient. Was able to address the issue forward photos to management get approval to order replacement. Then I have a second serviceman show up and say there is nothing wrong. You have photos of my issues. My unit is not even a year old. My door edges are charged and you can see that other than that my oven is prestine. I hardly ever use it. And I tell you one thing. If this is not replaced and causes a fire your company will be Totally responsable. I must have this replaced so I have the confidence to use it without worrying about a fire. Thx

Spent a lot on the LG studio oven but disappointed with some of the basics. Knob broke off after a few months and the specialty pull out rack broke as well.

I recently installed my new oven and was blown away with its features. The reason I bought it was because I could turn it on from my phone- which makes life so easy I havent been able to use it much yet still mid remodel but the few times I have its been great.
