within a month of purchase, microwave would not heat and would not turn off. only way to turn it off was to unplug it. been trying to get it repaired under warranty for several months now. no joy.

we purchased this microwave on september 4, 2021. today october 22,2021, it ceased functioning as a microwave. the clock and light functions fine, but the motor (or whatever makes the heating element work) does not function.

MUST AVOID this microwave

i purchased this microwave took it home then unboxed it, immediately as it came on i realised it sounds very loud and very rough. i have diverticulitis and cannot make it to a store to return this so now i am stuck with what i would consider an unsafe microwave. i would recommend never buying this microwave. i needed this to work, i counted on being able to use it as i should have but was seriously disappointed.

weve used this less than a year. and its stopped heating. we have has terrible luck with samsung and i do not recommend their products.
