I have been owning Whirlpool refrigerators since the mid 1990's and I have never been sorry I bought one. My refrigerators have been best in class on energy efficiency and none has ever died all were replaced while running fine to take advantage of the improvements in energy efficiency.

We have had this refrigerator since about May 1. It’s horrible. First it was not cooling in refrigerator part & over freezing in the freezer. Your repair man fixed that but now water drips in the refrigerator and then main big door creeks and doesn’t seal properly. A different repair man came last week and is waiting now on authorization from whirlpool for door replacement. Mean time the dripping continues & door is creeking even more. We are so fed up and just want another model completely. We picked whirlpool thinking & believe it as a good brand to replace are 18 year old Frigidaire. That was a big mistake. Your repair men are good & friendly but say their hands are tied by whirlpool. We are not satisfied with this purchase.
