Purchased from big box installation was easy has worked well since purchase. Color is unique to LG doesnt match other black stainless. It seems to be a plastic application over regular stainless more of a gray than black. craft ice additional ice maker sort of works. Ice maker itself is very small capacity. Temperature holds well air filter works well.

Have had this for several weeks and very happy with purchase. Lots of extra stuff in the refrigerator due to holiday parties. Plenty of ice and enjoy the large drink balls although we wondered what the noise was when they first started dropping. The sliding tray to allow for more tall items is a great feature. Otherwise would have been a problem.

Love the double ice machines. Have choice of crushed or cubed ice in door with water dispenser. Craft ice is great if you dont mind waiting 12 hours for 3 balls of ice and 24 hours for 3 crystal clear balls.

LG tends to have a somewhat spotty track record when it comes to refrigerators. We looked at a bunch of different makes but LG really does have some of the best features. We decided to buy it and an extended warranty to be covered. It is a beautiful fridge and the craft ice is amazing. So far the only issue is it does have trouble connecting to the wifi but I can live without that...for now.
