aesthetically, in my opinion, this is the best in the market. it is very well thought out in terms of smart space efficiency. tech and features are great. two complaints: the water pitcher very often fails to fill (it stops after a couple of ounces), and never fills to the "max" marker in the pitcher; and the filtered water dispenser does not produce chilled water as in other refrigerators. it is tap temperature.

We are extremely happy with our BESPOKE refrigerator and glad we made the purchase. The navy glass panels are so beautiful and knowing they can be swapped out with other colored panels in the future is a plus! The fridge has sooo much room and can store a lot of food in both the refrigerator and freezer section. Two of our favorite things about the fridge are the ice bites and the water filter jug that refills on its own. Would recommend to anyone!

Bringing Sexy Back

Our Bespoke refrigerator is the focal point of our kitchen. We actually removed a brand new cabinet so that it would fit into the desired space. Besides it’s sleek beauty, the Bespoke is very functional. I find the four doors makes it easy to organize. I took off one star because I couldn’t figure how to install two of the freezer door shelves and because there’s no butter shelf or lunch meat drawer. Overall excellent refrigerator,

I bought this 2 months ago and couldn’t wait for it to arrive. I love the auto water fill and ice cube scoop. However, when we the refrigerator was delivered and installed we noticed the right door did not close properly. So, I called Samsung the same day and parts were ordered and scheduled a service repair within the next week. The part was replaced and I love lots of bins and shelves. The only problem is that I only have a small area to put tall stuff on by moving 1/2 of the shelf back. Digital control was easy to use.
