We replaced an old fridge with the freezer on top because we wanted the convenience of the freezer drawer on the bottom. Boy are we pleased with this model. The shelves are also super sturdy and so easy to rearrange and customize your storage space. Love the water and ice dispenser on the door!

Great Upgrade for us, just some minor issues

needed a new refrigerator, this samsung model fit our opening perfect. a couple of minor issues: the freezer handle fell off after the installer left; called him back and he tried to fix but said we needed a new handle. numerous calls to samsung before we could get a repair tech here; once he was here, fixed in no time at all. the water dispenser dripped for first week or so, but then stopped. i understand now that this is normal. bottom drawer should be in two sections, not one, as you have to open both doors to access drawer, not convenient. temperature settings not that accurate according to my thermometer, but technician said + or - 4 degrees is normal. no separate compartment for butter. overall we are happy with our purchase, these nitpicks not withstanding.
