Looks nice but it died 2 months into use. Submitted a claim online and didnt hear back. Called them and was able to schedule a repairman a few days later. He updated the software and it started working again -_-. Basically the customer service isnt the best and the frig is temperamental.

This refrigerator has been a nightmare. First LGs delivery service kept delaying delivering my refrigerator by 3 weeks LG did compensate me a small amount for the delay. Then after 1 month of it being installed it stopped working. When I called to get it serviced I was told no one could come out for 6 days. This is the only refrigerator I have in the house so this is a huge inconvenience. LG was the only appliances I used to buy but now I will not buy another LG product ever again.

I so love this fridge. Its big inside and holds alot. And being a family of 7 we need space in the fridge.. worth the money..
