This is a terrible frig

I have had this frig for 3 years and still hate it. I have had them come and fix all kinds of parts and replace them several times and as a new frig I should not have to do so. Also it never gets cold enough. We have to keep milk and colder items in my garage frig to keep them colder and from spoiling too quickly. I have ask LG to replave the frig but them only replace the parts that needed replacing. I would do not recommend this frig.

Love the fridge size doors space EXCEPT

Love my fridge except the water that drips after using the Crush Ice. This will ruin the exterior of the water ice area. The maintenance guy said all fridges drip. Its hard to believe this is true.

Craft ice maker is not worth the extra money

Purchased in January and the craft ice maker stopped working in May. Called LG several times and we finally have an appointment to have it looked at. Other than that it works great so save your money and buy the one without craft ice.

Nice refrigerator issues with craft icecube maker

We bought this refrigerator just over a year ago along with a whole kitchen full of new LG appliances. Out of the 4 new appliances 2 have needed repairs thats an 50 failure rate. First the dishwasher sprung a leak at a brass fitting at the water inlet. LG was unable to provide a technician to make these repairs but they sent me the part and I installed it myself. Secondly the refrigerator craft ice maker doesnt consistently work and overflows and fills the cube tray with water leaving us with a 2 thick block of ice. Again LG is unable to locate a repair technician in our area to fix it. These issues started before the one year warranty ran out. So glad we didnt spend the extra money to buy extended warranties to only find out they are unable to support any repairs needed anyway. The first picture is the cracked fitting from the dishwasher the second picture is the block of ice created when the craft icemaker over flows.
