I am very pleased with this refrigerator I love the convenience of the primary ice maker and water dispenser. The water filter is great and provides great tasting water. I love the craft ice The refrigerator is exceptionally quiet which I appreciate.

I love the glass door window allows for easy access without wasting energy. The ice maker has malfunctioned three times in 6 months unfortunately

Delivered in late August while bought in mid July. Craft Ice took 60 hours from power up to drop first cubes. Door freezer dropped ice in 30 hours. No other issues. Looks great

Doors Not Even Noisy

We moved in Mid July. It keeps the food cold however the doors are very uneven and sometimes it makes a whirring sound that is not the motor. It sounds like a fan trying to work. We reported the noise and thought a repair person could stop it and possibly fix the uneven side by Side doors. We have heard nothing back about anyone coming to fix or look at the problems.

Purchased from Costco. Found a big dent in the Insta-view door upon removal of protective film. LG is not able to service the unit even though we are only 60miles fom Portland OR. Not sure what good the 2yr manufacturers warranty will be given this inability to find someone to replace the door. Other comments: Took a full 48hrs to get down to temp probably due to very efficient small compressor. Will undoubtedly save a bunch of electricity especially with door-in-door and ConvertaDrawer. Good capacity for a counterdepth refrigerator. Looks great except for the dent. Expensive but worth it so far.
