Plenty of storage for our family

We selected this fridge for a because of the larger cubic feet for a counter depth fridge.There is a ton of space for storage and looks great in the home. Ice maker makes an occasional loud squeal. The craft ice maker is nice but not a complete ice ball flat on the bottom.

Really enjoying my new LG refrigerator. It makes craft large ball ice cubes for my drinks. Pretty cool idea LG It also makes crushed ice and nice small cubed coffee ice cubes.

In general the refrigerator functions well. Were pleased. The unit does not earn a greater score because after 14 months of ownership craft ice machine failed. It was replaced with a new not remanufactured unit. That in itself speaks to the positive direction LG manages customer service. Our research indicates that LG replaces a number of these craft ice units. Hopefully they will generate a permanent solution.

Easy to use good capacity some ice maker issues

I bought the refrigerator 12 months ago. It has worked great for cold and freezer storage. It is well designed and has very good quality. Ive run into some minor issues with the ice makers. The door ice maker gets clogged occasionally and requires the ice to be broken up. There is no indication this is going to happen and leaves the ice bin almost empty. Once the ice is broken up and dumps to the bottom of the ice bin the ice cube maker functions properly. The craft ice make in the freezer compartment worked well for about 9 months and then started having issues ejecting the ice and the water overflowed once. Still waiting on service request made 5 weeks ago.
