We bought our JennAir in July and were very happy to start with. Then, all of the sudden, the freezer is over-freezing all the food and ice and frost are building up in the freezer food area. We have not changes any of the settings that were set by the people who set up the freezer. We are very frustrated.

I really like that we do not have a water or ice dispenser in the door. Lines are much cleaner and there is more room in the box. The ice maker and holder are large and work very well. If I had it to do over, I would get a fourth drawer sliding deli drawer. The inside deli drawer requires you to open both French doors in order to slide out the Deli drawer. Very inconvenient. Service person states that we must always close left door first before closing right door or gasket will wear out prematurely. Maybe the gasket needs to be stronger.

We bought this Refrigerator just over 7 months ago and the water spout has dripped since the product was installed. Last week we changed the water filter as the materials said change it every 6 months even though the change filter light never came on. It leaked so much we had to cap the filter off and make a service call. The Tech replaced the unit the filter attached to and watched for 20 or so minutes then pronounced it fixed. Next morning there were water drops around the filter and on the back interior wall of the unit. We called the dealer on 08/26/19 to arrange for another service call with a different, hopefully more experienced service company and not yet heard back. We did a lot of research before selecting JennAir Range, Refrigerator, Oven and dishwasher and are totally appalled at the quality of the range and refrigerator. JennAir is supposed to be the Cadillac of the appliance industry but our experience has been quite to the contrary. By the way we have already had to make 4 service calls on the range. The changing of the water filter should not result in leaks. The water spout should not drip and yes if we hold the glass under the spout for 10-15 seconds we can catch the drip but no one we know has ever had to do that. It seems to me that if you spent half the money on product quality as you did on the glitzy, obnoxious, semi functional web site you would still be the Cadillac of the appliance industry. P.S. It is pretty sad that you require users to disable web security functions to voice their opinions of your products. Another strike against JennAir. Although i am still waiting for the resolution of our refrigerator issue ( and concerned about problems arising on our other JennAir products) i am at this point a very dissatisfied customer.
