I bought this refrigerator recently and absolutely love it Its very spacious and holds everything I need to make my family happy. It is a terrific product.

We started using our LG about 2 weeks ago..I love the look the lighting and the drawers..what I dont like is the sound when running 90 of the time it sounds like a roar. The serviceman came out and put insulation around the motor. It is still a roar. I wish the salesman had been more honest he said it is so quiet you wont know its running.

I bought the refrigerator less than a year ago and it developed a loud noise when running. Called LG and they sent local service tech who determined the compressor needed to be replaced. Part was ordered and installed and its running great.

WE WERE DOUBTFUL ABOUT A BOTTOM FREEZER .WE ARE VERY HAPPY NOW. SO MUCH SPACE ALWAY LOOKIN UP. ONLY THREE INCHES WIDER . SHOWING IT OFF TO OUR FRIENDS LOVE IT.

Repair on refrigerator was done and it cools good now. Yet I feel that the repair companys employees sent to our homes or answer their phones in the USA should learn somewhat learn the English language so they can communicate with customers better. But again the repairs were done well and thats all that really matters.
