We purchased the adjustable bed for our daughter returning to college. She was very disappointed when we set it up and it wouldn’t work. We went through all the troubleshooting in the manual and still won’t work! So we have a very expensive flat base that won’t help my daughter’s back. However, to make things worse I’ve tried to reach customer service for two days and all I get is a recording that all of their employees are out of the office for training! Seriously? It doesn’t say if anyone plans on returning or when.

I love my Serta Adjustable bed…….purchased many years ago. I liked it so much I purchased another one for my husband. I am 80 years old and husband is 75. We are older but love our comfort. There is only one issue. Husbands bed got stuck in the upright position. I hopped on the internet and quickly found how to place the bed in a flat position. Had a friend come over to try and find out what was wrong. We figured that it was the wired remote control. My husband is an amputee and really needs a bed that is adjustable. I thought I would try to put my remote control on his bed. It worked. However now I’m without a remote control. I tried calling Serta and eventually got through and found out that I had to deal with Legget and Pratt. I also found out that I had to find a serial number from under the bed that would give info on the remote control. Had to have a friend come over ….again and look for info under the bed on a white sticker. I had his old remote with all the info on it and we found the same manufacturers information on a plaque under the bed. I can’t get through to anyone to find out how I can get another remote for my motion essentials 2 bed. I am enclosing a picture of the remote and the information underneath the bed. Any assistance would be helpful and appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

We bought this frame for our daughter before she had back surgery to help with getting her up and down and to allow her to be able to sleep better. We did alot of research and came up with this as being our best option for the money. We have been VERY happy with this. She was impressed that it had USB ports so she could have her "stuff" plugged in and honestly it was very comfortable as I had to stay in her room for the first few nights. The bed is very well made and heavy duty, so you don't want to be moving this around alot, but I felt it was going to withstand the years of use, and I like that bar at the end of the bed to help "hold" the mattress in place. It went together pretty easy also even with the wires etc. All in All I would definatly buy another one, and just might do that for myself at some point!
