Terrible Stench

there is a terrible smell to the inside of the machine if i keep the door closed. it’s like a musty damp smell as if there’s water somewhere in the machine. the repair man came out and could not detect it at the time . he did give me some hints and i’m hoping it works its way out. unfortunately i had no choice to buy this washer as samsung was one of only a few that offered compact machines that would fit in the small space i had in my new condo.very very dissatisfied!

second day of owning this washer and i already had to put a service request in… drum started to spin very loudly/shaking the machine after only two uses (one yesterday delievery day and one today). i’m hoping this will be the only service needed, but i’m nervous. i will update my review after the service.

I bought this washer and dryer combo because I moved into a small apt and need a set. Also I need something that is ventless. This combo is perfect for me with lots of new features. Steam wash, energy star, quiet operations. It’s compact size but amazingly it can hold a good amount of clothes.

These new appliances came with my new townhouse, it was not what I wanted after growing up with front loaders in England. I was presently surprised, it’s not your momma’s washing machine. Very updated with lots of choices of settings.
