We have owned this for 3 monthshad an issue with laundry being quite wet when donecalled LGperson difficult to understandhad us do several basic attempts to correctdid not work. I shortened the drainhelped some but still wetter than should be after spin. Company not much help yet.

I had an LG years ago that I loved. My housemate talked me into another major brand which required numerous repairs and finally thankfully died recently. I was successful in my campaign to return to my beloved LG. While its sleeker looking and has a few more bells and whistles the dependability still seems to be there In the weeks that Ive had this LG its been relatively easy to operate I DONT like that you cant set a cycle as your default cycle without downloading an app. that allows this feature. and my clothes come out clean and ready to dry wrinkle free. Im looking forward to years of use with my LG

I have to get on my knees to empty this machine. I like a top load better but this is the machine that my new house had. I had that I have to spread the rubber and dry it out and leave the door open so it doesnt get mildewy and smell. Too much extra work
