This washing machine is a warhorse. The digital panel is easy and intuitive. Don’t have to spend hours reading the instruction book. It cleans clothes exceptionally well. While driving my grand daughter home from softball practice we stopped and got subs which we are in the car on the way home. Mine had all the good stuff, which proceeded to spill all over my shorts and team jersey. Disaster in the making. Got home, tossed it in the washer, added the “extra soiled” cycle and voila! No stains, no mess, just clean clothes. My appliance repairman recommended this machine. Said he never has to fix them.

I am appalled that Whirlpool initially listed an auto-dry feature accidentally with this machine, which is one of the reasons i purchased it, and then when the machine arrived the feature was in the manual, but didn't actually exist in the settings. By the time i called them up the feature had been removed from the website (feature is still shown on 3rd party reseller sites) and the manual linked to on the website was changed (i still have it in my manual at home), and WP denies that it was ever listed and said i must be confusing it with another machine. Really poor customer service form a company i expected more of. This on top of the fact that i ordered the matching dryer back in April and they still have not released it to the store.
