I have not owned it for 2 years and the dryer stopped working. I had an appliance repair service out and he told me the bad news. This model has cannot be diagnosed as to what boards need replacing. One has to start with the Dryer Board, if that does not work, which it did not, then the Washer User Interface, then the Main Control Board. I have to buy the boards even if that does not fix the problem, and pay for the service! Over $800... He recommended buying a new unit! Not Frigidaire!!!!

Disappointed in the Operation of this Appliance

Dryer "Clean Lint Filter" keeps lighting up and preventing dryer operation and their is no lint in the filter!! Washer often distributes clothes unbalanced and I am forced to redistribute clothes to continue wash cycle. Disappointed in operation of this appliance. I previously had an older model of this Frigidaire washer/dryer stacking unit and only issue I had with it was no available cancel on the locking washer lid.

Great size, not so great operation

Hate that the lid has to be closed for water to run, I like to see the water running while it’s filling up so I can add the soap. Seem very sensitive to unbalancing. When it tells you to balance you have to stand around waiting for the lid to unlock can take up to 6 minutes! Then while you’re trying to redistribute the heavy soaking wet items, the tub spins making it almost impossible. Then when you think you’ve got it evenly balanced close lid to spin, it unbalances again, then you have to wait around for the lid to unlock. I had to fully take out a sopping wet blanket and let the other sheet and blanket spin without it. It was not overloaded this tub is huge, there was plenty of room for even more items. Is the drum supposed to be so spinny and wobbly??? After a load was done I spun the drum with my hand and heard water sloshing around somewhere. Is this normal.

ordered from Homedepot, deliverd & installed. Saw there was a dent onside and HD gave a discount. Few days later when went to dry clothes, the dryer ran for about a minute then turned off, saying lent vent full. First time used so no lent. Called for serice and was told they would arrive Aug.14 from 2pm -5pm. Took day off no one showed up to repair. I wanted to return machine was told i can not. filing approiated cmplaints with State of Virginia and better business.

I have the piggyback washer & dryer, everything is eye level??, I love the pause option & the choice of water levels, the so many choices, it holds more then it looks, fantastic so happy with it. The sales lady at Homedepot showed me it, at first I thought it was not going to be big enough, but I am only one in home, it really is quite large. I am very happy. I had the big name one before and could not read what was on top, it had sensors and all the bells & whistles which I meter used!
