Great until it breaks

We loved the LG Sidekick until it started leaking. None of the LG authorized service companies in the area will even come and look at it. There are no LG technicians available in our part of Florida Tampa Bay. In the end after around 1 hour with LG they said call a AE Factory service a nationwide company who have appalling reviews and they could not come for 4 weeks. It should be sold with a warning that you wont be able to repair it quickly and may spend hours trying to find someone who will repair it.

Ive only used this to wash my bras but am happy with it for that. Seems to do a good job its definitely more gentle on them than my washer.

Love the idea but after just having it for a month it already smells awful because water under the drum never dries out even if I leave it open for days after a load.

i love my sidekick i use it for handwashing and am satisfied The lid broke on it because it is made of cheap plastic.
