I hurriedly ordered this thinking I would have storage space for detergent softener etc so I was surprised when it was delivered. I have tried to get my wife to use it but no luck yet. To be honest we have not taken the time to see what we can do with it. I am sure one day soon we will be excited to use it.

It is small and has its own limitations like you cannot use bleach in it. Otherwise it is a good addition. I do not believe it is worth the MSRP price.

We bought this brand new from Home Depot. It was delivered and installed by Home Depot. We tried to use it and it was broken - it never worked. LG tried to repair it and ended up giving us a full refund.

I love my LG Sidekick unfortunately it has been out of commission for over a month since I have been have problems with the service vendor. Hopefully it will be repaired and up and working by the end the week
