I have had the dryer for about 3 months now and it works great. The dryer is fairly silent and the settings are just about perfect for my needs.

I switched from electric to gas under the assumption it would dry the clothes quicker, was I wrong!!!

I love this dryer because it holds a ton of clothes. Generally no load takes more than an hour to dry. I use the time setting so that I can control the temperature that my items will be drying at.

Broken as soon as warranty expired

it was great...until it wasn’t. we bought it last june. earlier this month the drum stopped spinning. samsung’s repair service wanted to order parts before coming, which i get (covid) but they couldn’t come for a month. local repair guy ran dryer’s diagnostics and the motor is broken, likely the “board†too. he says parts will be over $400. the worst part is that they are all currently unavailable with no anticipated re-stock date. so now i have to either buy a new dryer or not have one for an indefinite amount of time, and then pay nearly the cost of the dryer in repairs. it’s slightly over a year old. buyer beware.
