Door latch got loose and wouldnt let the dryer start Now repair main that LG was no help with process of getting here says it wont heat Taking apart as I type

This dryer does in 30-40 minutes what my old dryer did in 1 .1/2 hours and that was with dividing the load up into 2 piles. Best dryer weve ever owned and the reputation of LG is as a premier appliance is dead on

I bought this when I moved into my new home about a year ago it is very great for the family and washes and drys well the only complaint I have is I believe the sensors are messed up in the dryer causing it to not run properly and its a nightmare trying to get it fixed Ive been working on getting it fixed for about a month now and still no luck.

I bought this a couple years ago and love the multi function front door. Give me the capability to open from the side or the top to put in clothes. Also all the dryer settings and the app is nice to have so I always know when the dryer is done and I know the clothes will be dry when I get them
