Been a long time LG customer. Really enjoy the sensor that alerted me to an airflow issue with my exhaust. Went and found there was a blockage so very happy for the alert. On the downside the dryness sensor is a little premature as the socks are always still just a little damp.

We have had this dryer for over a year and so far no issues. Works great. Purchase and delivery direct from LG was awesome. No more big box stores for us.

Installation issues

We bought at Lowes in Petoskey. They said that they would install. When they delivered found out that the dryer would need bottom vent they said they would not install. They took the old dryer left new one in garage. We had numerous phone call to both Lowes LG trying to get the dryer installed. Both Lowes LG said it was the others responsibility. We found paid for a local appliance repair person to install the dryer. We are happy with how the dryer works

Works well Delivery problems Pedestal concern

Dryer works well does a better job of getting clothes dry in one cycle than our Bosch did. Store delivery team took 4 trips to properly level and change internal ground on Dryer to accommodate 4 prong plug training problem?. Pedestal not built as well as the Bosch loose back plate will rattle if machine is not solid to floor plastic drawer seems too lightly made.
