Dryer is a DUD!

i have a brand new dryer! but, my brand new dryer is not working because the drum will not turn. we have tried every troubleshooting technique. we spent hours trying to call and get hold of a real human being. we tried the chat etc. chat answers us back that they will send a service technician. when? this dryer is supposed to be brand new! this experience has taken the joy out of getting something new.

This is a nice dryer and is big enough to hold everything we throw at it. No more going to the laundry mat to dry big items such as sleeping bags, comforters, etc. Plenty of options and settings to dry various clothing items and the app feature is very handy in sending preferred settings to the dryer as well as sending me an alert when the cycle is complete. My only complaint is that the auto dry settings don’t always dry my clothes completely. It feels dry when you take the clothes out the dryer, but then you realize that some of the items are slightly damp in spots. I usually have to follow up by using a timed setting for 30 minutes. Hopefully Samsung will look into this. Other than that, everything else works fine. Overall, this was a good purchase.

I absolutely love my dryer. I love the settings that come with it and I love that I can eliminate the need of having to go to a dry cleaner. The dryer is a larger size then my previous LG set and I am very pleased with the size and the capability of the dryer.

This is an amazing dryer with unbelievable features. I love that I can dry small load or large comforters with ease. I am amazed at all the cycles that I can choose from and that it gives me suggestions based on the setting on my washing machine. I feel tech savvy with being able to use the smart things apps to start and control my dryer. I get real time notifications and progress on my loads and can adjust from my phone as needed. The lint is held in a compact enclose easy to access filter which is located inside by the door. All in all this is a must have for add an upgraded feel to your laundry room.
