I received this machine as a replacement of the previous models due to them breaking down. 14 months after I received it the control panel went bad. Whirlpool did reimburse me for the repair, which I appreciate. Now, it is squealing loudly during operation. The previous repair company now refuses to work on it due to it's newness and complexity (heat pump). The repair company recommended by Whirlpool sent someone who has not worked on the machine before. He cleaned it and had no idea how much that would help. He offered to take it apart and clean deeper for additional cost and said it may not make a difference and that it was a complicated job. Whirlpool, per a chat today, is not offering me any assistance or support. I am very unhappy with this product.

i bought it just 3month ago ,last week the first time i washed my clothes , may be the problem from the pump , can not use another oppion wash , only quick wash is working , when washing done , 10 minutes later the water keep running all over my house. Called customer service , they scheduled come after that one day, they said problem from the pump puntual .too bad , beautiful washer but quality is terrible ,
