I purchased a Frigidaire range, French door refrigerator and the built in dishwasher. All were delivered when stated, however the range was damaged, so had to wait two weeks for a replacement. The installers refused to connect the water supply to the refrigerator as the water pipe came through the wall and it is apparently Home Depot’s policy not to connect such pipes, so now I have to pay a plumber. The dishwasher (I paid Home Depot to install) was used for the first time 8 days ago, the dishes were not clean, A code displayed saying either the filter was blocked or the waste pipe was kinked, I called the 800 number who were no help, I went into the local Home Depot and they arranged for the installer to come out again yesterday, as no appointment time was given to me, I stayed in all day, eventually an installer arrived and couldn’t fix the problem, said the dishwasher was faulty and reported in as a replacement would be required. I had to call another 800 number to also report the replacement required. At the moment I have no delivery date for the replacement dishwasher, but was told it Will definitely not be here before 4th July ( when I have a large gathering). So forum the three Frigidaire products purchased two require(d) replacement and the refrigerator water supply was not connected despite paying for installation and leaving me with a plumbers bill to pay for. Am I happy with Frigidaire and Home Depot?I think you can guess my answer!!!

My old dishwasher finally died at 17 yrs old, I picked this out at Orville’s !!! I love it it’s so quiet, and holds so much, everything sparkles when finished, my only issue is some items are still damp when the full cycle is over, just open the door a bit and empty latter
