Downdraft
Integrates the ventilation system right into the range so that a separate hood is not needed. Smoke and odors can be removed and taken outside or air can be filtered and recirculated inside. A duct free kit can be purchased separately.

I am not happy with this product. The biggest issue is the “Aqualift Technologyâ€. It does not work (the online video is misleading). I have had my product for 1 month. I used the Aqualift “Self -Clean†for a minimal spill of olive oil and I had to scrub (with the scrubber that came with the product ) not wipe. It makes me not want to use the oven. Unfortunately this technology gives new meaning to the term “Self Cleanâ€. Could it be possible that I bought a “lemonâ€? Other suggestions: the dials for the burners should be the same on both sides. On this stove, the left knob directs the left back burner. The left knob on the right directs the right front burner. When there is a power outage, it would be better if the clock would blink. (It comes back on using a random time and does not blink).

Bought a downdraft Stove due to kitchen remodel and inspection requirements. Thus far have loved the convection oven but after a year would love to see the smooth top have infrared elements

THis range replaced a Jenn Air. It looks great in my new kitchen. The Kitchen Aid downdraft fan is very quiet and the cook top features are easy to use.
