I got an appliance that keep failing to operate

unfortunately i bought all of our appliances to our new house from samsung, the biggest disappointment is from the level of service we got. first, microwave failed to heat after a month of use, i called for a service and they replace a part, since that moment, the entire unit mw and oven gets random resets for 20 minutes and the tech. service team visited three times without an idea how to solve it. finally they got a recommendation what part to replace but 3 times in the last three weeks they arrive to our house with a wrong part!!! during that time i am with an oven and mw that is not function properly (during holidays and covid) and service team that every time i called, their system is down!! i called samsung, no help, they asked me to follow up with the service team!!!
