This is the best oven/microwave combination that we have ever owned. It complements all of the other appliances that we have in our kitchen. My wife loves the blue light panel and the interior daylight while it is cooking.

at the beginning i gave two starts, after being forced to speak the review department it went back to one start. the guide roller cracked withing less than one year of use. i have been trying to get the part and apply the warranty and it has been impossible to do either one. i waited over 20 min with home appliances before i got disconnected but when i left a two start review it gave me a phone number that pickup almost immediately. gave a phone number that it does not work and more recordings and more waiting time. by the time of this review it took me 2hrs and i am still on a 3rd department samsungs parts (800)627-4368 still waiting waiting waiting and no answer... poor quality for a $3000 appliance.

This microwave/oven SUCKS. Samsung, you need better quality control. I have only owned this oven for 3 months AND this is the SECOND one I’ve had. The first one we installed gave me an error code on the FIRST USE. So we just exchanged it for a new one. 2 weeks ago it just went dead on us after microwaving. Luckily it was just a fuse. BUT TODAY IT WENT DEAD AGAIN after microwaving. I have never dealt with such a faulty appliance ever in my life. Do NOT buy. I would highly UNRECOMMEND.

This came with the purchase of our new home. It is very fancy. It looks great and you can preset your oven from anywhere so it is ready to cook when you are.
