Wall Double Oven

We have had this oven for a month and enjoy it very much = it looks and functions exactly nas we wanted.

The oven came with the wrong control panel installed at the factory. Informed LG support and they confirmed it was the wrong panel but its been months and I still havent gotten any resolution on this issue. I cant say how well this unit works because I havent been able to use it yet. The only good thing is that my new home and kitchen wont be finished for a few more months hopefully after we move in I can use this unit and post a better review but right now I am disappointed in the lack of follow-up by the LG support staff.

I bought this and installed about 25 days ago. It was replacing a Thermador Combo Micro/Wall Oven that lasted 14 years before things started failing Oven Clean and Oven completely. Reserving the 1 star because of length of use will determine. I am a bit confused on why OVEN COOLING FAN comes on each time I use Microwave in normal setting. 30 second reheat. The cooling fan will run longer than the Micro 30 second cycle. I called LG and they explained this is normal Im not sure it is. Odd thing I had oven on and used Micro for 30 second reheat and OVEN COOLING FAN still Cycles on with oven running at 350 degrees. Something does not add up. I have scrubbed manuals and there is no mention of this. OVEN COOLING FAN does not come on if you stop Micro with 1 second left in cycle. Can anyone at LG verify if this is normal?

We purchased this unit about six weeks ago. Delivery was pretty quick and the installers were great...they had to cut a little but of our cabinet to get it to fit and they did so. We havent used the wifi feature on the unit so cant speak to that but we have used both the microwave and oven and they are great. Both are very quiet. The oven cooks very evenly. Some users spoke about the touchpad being odd but I havent found that to be the case. It seems to respond normally. Overall we are happy with this purchase and would recommend.
