I like this oven other than every once in while, say 2months, the panel goes blank and my husband has to go out the panel and turn on and off to get it to go back on. The electral breaker is fine hasn't turned off. Kind of annoying.

I bought the oven last month and so far so good, but baking season is just starting! The convection works like it should, and that is the main reason I bought this oven. My other whirlpool oven lasted 15 years and was great until the fan/blower over the control panel started sounding like an airport and then the temperature in the oven was not accurate. Weighted the odds of fix it or replace and i replaced with a more modern version. Only one complaint so far. The bottom of the oven has a vent cover that is very sharp and could cut small children and pets that may be around the oven. I tried to call the whirlpool number and was told 30 mins to hold to talk to someone, time is precious guys. So I called the Abt store where I bought the oven and a tech buffed the edge for me. Really, I know it may seem like a small thing but having razor sharp edges at the bottom is a safety concern for me, I have grandchildren and pets. Honesty, I think that better planning on Whirlpool's part could have been done, they produce good products, but lets follow through and make sure your products don't cause potential harm to those who support your products.

I started using my new oven 2 weeks ago. It is fast to preheat, heats evenly and is so easy to use. I thought the screen controls might be confusing but it is very intuitive. I did remove it from my phone though as the constant reminders were annoying.

I bought this oven about a month ago since my other oven went out. I was skeptical about the convection feature but now I love it .. The oven cooks evenly and has several helpful features.
