From the beginning the oven has had problems, Kitchen Aid glued decal fell off within the first 3 days, loud humming from the fan, tech came out and replaced motor which was bad. After 1 month same issue. The tech who came out was awesome and knowledgeable-but he can only do so much with inferior product/workman ship. I bought a top of the line KitchenAid oven, but recurved a less than average product. Will not buy KitchenAid again.

We bought this about a month ago and just had installed in the last couple of weeks. Great oven capacity, lighting and large from window are nice. Quick to get up to temperature and baking is pretty easy and great results. We will see if the product is reliable in the next few months we have just started using it.
