I have had no issues with this oven; it helps convert recipes to convection, and gives you advice...great for a convection oven neophyte. I will post additional reviews once I cook more stuff!

After spending small fortune on a new Kitchenaid total kitchen package, and 6 months of use, the oven quit working. 5 service calls later, 6 weeks of no use, and still broken! Now they want to try to replace yet another part to see if it will fix it. They have NO CLUE what is wrong, and just keep replacing parts, hoping one will fix it. Call in to complain, they suggest waiting another week to have yet, 1 more service call! I'd like to see Kitchenaid cook dinner without an oven for 6 weeks, and take off a day of work to be here for the service call, this is beyond unacceptable.
