Died during self cleaning cycle

i purchased this oven a little over two years ago. while running the self cleaning cycle the oven died and stopped responding. blank screen and doors locked. i had a repair guy come out who said this is a common problem and that the self cleaning cycle gets it to hot and they easily break!!! he looked up all the parts that need repaired and its going to cost half the price of the oven!!! not a happy customer here!

Samsung Flex Duo Double Oven review My new double ovens were finally delivered and installed, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are an amazing addition to my kitchen. I installed the 30†Flex Duo Double Wall Oven in Black Stainless and they look great! They look both sleek and stylish both inside and out. As soon as they were ready, I started cooking things I haven’t tried in years just to see how they would turn out. I have baked breads, cooked casseroles, pot roast, and cookies to name a few. They all turned out perfect without any burning or over cooking. There are several features that I love about these ovens. The oven racks are much stronger than my last oven. I can finally use by cast iron pots without feeling like the racks will give out under the extra weight. The racks with the built-in slide are super helpful and easy to use. I really like the look of the combination of the digital and analog dials. Together, they make a high-end oven easy to use. The smart home option is a great feature with these ovens. I can turn it on remotely so that it saves me time preheating when I get home. I can also use the app to check the temperature and timer so that I can keep an eye on it if I am in another location. The digital interface is simple and straightforward to use. Overall, I would give Samsung extremely high marks on their double ovens for both design and ease of use. They have added a lot of features that makes it a great addition to any kitchen. I happily recommend this product to anyone.

My elegant double oven

I’m so excited about this beautiful and elegant double oven. I love how the knobs have a blue glow to them. I was able to bake some cookies and roast chicken in my new range. I like how the WiFi app lets me know when food is ready and how I can turn the range on and off from my phone. It also has steam cooking so you can bake ,broil and roast and leaves your food tender. Another great feature is the safety lock, in case you have little ones. With that said it also has fingerprint resistant and Reduces smudges.Also, the baking racks are sweet to bake cookies on. I definitely recommend this beautiful double oven and plan on baking a lot more with it.

Looks nice, had issues

When I first bought this oven we were impressed with the style and design. Within four days the oven stopped working. We had to contact Samsung for a replacement and the replaced the oven. The second oven also has issues and we had to go through Samsung again. This time they wanted to have a tech fix the issue. The issue could not be fix and we are on our third unit and so far so good. For what you pay it was a major headache. Looks good but hey would I do it again? I doubt it.

Bought this for our new construction. It is beautiful and sophisticated. Perfect built-in for my new kitchen. I have not yet used it, but I am excited to have the ability to bake at different temperatures at once. Purchasing on Samsung.com saved a lot of money too!
