this was a replacement after the "technicians" could not fix the first one after months of attempting repairs. second one is worst than the first and have not recieved any support on issues identified at the install - what a waste of money!

Great oven, lots of options and looks amazing!

I bout this two years ago, this oven is great. Very large, lots of options, we use it all the time. Only thing we don’t like is the timer you have to double confirm and sometimes we forget to hit start the last time so it never begins counting. But really that is our fault and not the ovens, would definitely recommend.

The unit overheated after 3 uses

I purchased this oven in February and began to have issues with it in March after using it 3 time. Following having a tech come out and check the unit, he told me that the top oven on the unit overheated and the whole unit needed to be replaced. Samsung offered to repair the unit instead of a replacement, which made me upset, but we began the process of getting a repair. In early June, a second tech from a different company, because the first company could not come until late June, was sent but did not have the manpower or parts to fix the unit. Following that visit, Samsung offered to replace my unit. I have yet to receive any information on when my new unit will be shipped. This has been terrible experience!!!

Gourmet Cooking at its Finest

I recently tried out the Gourmet Cook feature and found it to be very easy to use and follow. Not only can you find matching recipes online with Samsung’s Gourmet Cookbook, but the feature will recommend the proper cooking dish to use, show you which rack to place your food on, set the right temperature, pre-heat the oven and then set the proper cook time. I mean how much easier can it get? Even as a trained chef you will probably find this feature to be an easy shortcut when you are in a rush to feed your family. The Roasted Lemon Chicken Thigh recipe we tried came out properly cooked and the chicken was tender and very tasty. On top of these great cooking features are the slow/soft door closure that both the top and bottom ovens have which makes it easy to close the doors when you are handling hot foods. After food spilled and baked on the stove we were able to take advantage of the self-clean function which made easy work of the baked on mess and after a quick wipe of the residue with a damp rag it was as good as new. To top it off the gliding rack is one of my favorite features and they really make it easy when you need to flip your fries or just to check the temperature of your food with a probe. Overall this is an amazing oven and there are so many features we haven’t been able to try them all, yet.

Nice looking oven. Matches the rest of my appliances. I really like the features of this oven like the touch screen and the convection baking.
