This was installed in my New Home, in six months Micro Oven door handle slowly loosen. I called customer service within warranty period to fix it. customer service told door handles are not covered in one year warranty service period. Right now door handle is almost ready to fall down completely from the Micro wave

I purchased this Electrolux oven microwave combo unit last year and it has been a nightmare. The unit looks nice and has a lot of features, but it is unreliable and the customer service is abysmal. The microwave door latch fails frequently and the rear fuse has blown multiple times, leaving the unit inoperable for weeks. The parts are on backorder and it is impossible to get a hold of Electrolux. When you do get through, you are put on hold for an hour or more. Electrolux approved a warranty replacement, but the unit is still on indefinite backorder. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy this product.

We were so excited to put this appliance in our newly remodeled kitchen and try out the unique features. Our favorite part is the convection feature on the microwave. It will be hard to go back to just a regular microwave if we ever have to. The appliance worked well for almost 8 months and then just completely died when we went to put food in the oven one night for supper. No reason at all. Just gave up the ghost. Now we are getting the runaround on getting it serviced and we are out both a microwave and oven for who knows how long. A dire situation with kiddos.

As one of the other previous reviewers mentioned we too received this combo product with our new custom built house. From day one we've had issues with the lights not working in either the top or the bottom section. And then when we have a service person come in to take a look they have no idea what's going on with these issues. We received the house back in June and now we're in February and it's still not working.
