Ive had to call the LG repairman to my house twice this month for my brand new microwave. First visit he discovered the wiring was installed backwards at the factory. Second visit he discovered the door was not closing correctly for the microwave to work properly he replaced sensors. So my experience with my new LG microwave has been extremely disappointing. However my experience with the LG repairman has been excellent. He was timely truly concerned with the issues extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the product he was repairing.
