I had an issue with a previous LG microwave that was purchased last year. It was a lower end model and it no longer heated. LG was able to refund me when that microwave couldnt be fixed due to parts. I purchased another LG microwave based on the customer service. This model is much quieter and works as described.

Love everything about the microwave except for the fact that it makes a loud vibrating noise every time it starts because the bottom panel was screwed on oddly.
