We had this unit fixed because it was emitting a loud humming noise and was smoking when my wife or I would open the door after heating food.The LG customer representative Ms.Sheena designated a technician to swing by and correct the problem.It took a total of 3-4 days and several parts to get the microwave to work properly again.The parts arrived at my front door before the technician arrived.My wife has bought an LG RefrigeratorElectric Rangeand Microwave all at the same time and is extremely pleased with all of them.CordiallyP.D.Pisano

As far as a microwave works it is good the 1 real problem with this is that the lights are very dim. There is only 1 cooktop light and it sucks even after changing it to an L.E.D bulb.
